High mechanical strength: the resin with filler makes the expansion coefficient difference within the casting body is small, the curing shrinkage is small, the internal stress is small, the hardness of the cured material is high, in the internal and external surfaces of the epoxy resin encapsulation layer of the high and low voltage coils, there is a prefabricated reinforcing material placed in the layer, which has the same dense structure as that of the reinforced concrete, and thus the mechanical strength is greater than that of the pure epoxy resin, and it can withstand the action of the short-circuit electric force without any damage.

Stainless steel or aluminium alloy is used for the shell material. The protection level reaches IP20 and IP23. IP20 shell can prevent the solid foreign matter with the diameter larger than 12mm from entering, and make further safety protection to the transformer. IP23 shell can prevent the water droplets from flowing into the transformer within the angle of 60° with the vertical line, and it can be applied to the outdoor operation.
Temperature control system consists of temperature controller and PTC temperature measuring element installed in the hottest point of the product, i.e. the upper end of the low-voltage winding, to achieve the temperature measurement and control of the transformer, if the temperature of the transformer winding is too high due to overload operation or fault, the temperature controller sends out an alarm signal, and the temperature exceeds the safety value will be tripped by itself. When forced air cooling is used, the temperature controller decides to put or switch the cooling fan according to the winding temperature. Temperature display system directly displays the hot spot temperature of the winding during the operation of the transformer, which can be used in conjunction with the temperature control system.
