Performance characteristics
a, oil-immersed transformer low-voltage winding in addition to small-capacity copper conductor, are generally used in copper foil winding pumping cylindrical structure; high-voltage winding using multi-layer cylindrical structure, so that the winding of the an-turns distribution balance, leakage of magnetism is small, high mechanical strength, and resistance to short-circuit capability. 
b. The core and windings each adopt fastening measures, and the fastening parts of the body, such as high and low-voltage leads, are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts, and the structure of non-hanging centre is adopted, which is able to withstand the vibration of transportation. 
c, coil and core using vacuum drying, transformer oil using vacuum oil filtration and oil injection process, so that the transformer internal moisture to a minimum. 
d, the oil tank adopts corrugated sheet, it has breathing function to compensate for the volume change of oil due to temperature change, so the product has no oil storage cabinet, obviously reducing the height of the transformer. 
e, due to the corrugated sheet instead of the oil storage cabinet, make transformer oil and the outside world isolation, so that effectively prevent the oxygen, water into the insulating properties of the degradation caused by. 
f, according to the above five performance points, to ensure that the oil-immersed transformer in normal operation within the oil does not need to change, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the transformer, while extending the service life of the transformer.
